Can I share data with my team?

Yes. By signing up to one of our manager plans you can create accounts for all of your operators. You can schedule jobs for them and get their timesheets and job records back electronically as the work is completed.

What is the difference between Pro and Manager plans?

Manager plans work great for all of your team. Pro plans are for sole operators.

What are the limitations of HarvestYield Basic?

HarvestYield Basic allows you to keep job records and map fields. It does not allow invoicing or creation of accounts for your team.

Do you have a trial?

Yes, you can try HarvestYield Manager out absolutely free, with no commitment, for 1 month.

I know someone else who’d love HarvestYield, do you have a referral scheme?

Yes, we will give you one month of HarvestYield Pro for free, for every business that you recommend HarvestYield to and decides to buy one of our plans.

I already have a HarvestYield Basic account, will my data be available when I upgrade?

Yes. All data you have entered in the HarvestYield Basic app will be available in HarvestYield Pro.

Does HarvestYield require any special equipment?

No, you only need a smartphone and a computer with internet connection.

Do the apps work with poor internet connection?

Yes. The apps will work with poor internet connection. Data is queued for upload on the phone until an internet connection (3G or WiFi) is next available.

Does HarvestYield work on Android?

Yes! You can download here. Android 5.0 or greater is required.

Does HarvestYield work on iPhones?

Yes, you can download here. The app work great with iPhone 4s, 5, 5s, 6s and 6 Plus. We support iOS 9.0 and above..

Do you support iPad?

Yes, you can download here. The app work great with iPhone 4s, 5, 5s, 6s and 6 Plus. We support iOS 9.0 and above..

Can I export my data to a spreadsheet?

We can provide exports to .CSV files. Please contact us for more information.

Can I export field maps to GIS software?

We can provide exports to .SHP files. Please contact us for more information.

Do you integrate with data from my tractor and implements?

Do you integrate with my accounting software?
